How to Start a Campaign How to Start a Campaign
  1. Select a Session (sidebar → Session): If none exists or you want to start a new session, enter a new session name then click Load/Create Session
  2. Load/Create Session. This loads in your already estasblished session or creates a new session.
  3. Open the Chat tab and Click Start Campaign if this is a new session or send your next message in chat to continue.

Notes:
• If tokens are depleted, purchase a bundle in the sidebar and try again.

How to Level Up How to Level Up

Leveling is done using milestone leveling, not XP. Simply using a OOC: command to ask the GM Am I close to a milestone? Should I have leveled up yet? will help to make sure you don't miss leveling up. If you feel you've hit a milestone, ask the GM since it will forget to level you up if you let it.

  • Content Generation — Use Content Credits to Generate Content from your current campaign such as an image of your player character or a full summary of your campaign.

  • Session Settings (sidebar) — Session Selection, Creation, Deletion, and Purchase Tokens.
How Summarization Works How Summarization Works

Besides the first summarization at 50,000 tokens, the app will summarize your campaign every 250,000 tokens. After the first summarization, the Campaign Notes tab becomes available and it refreshes after each new summarization. The summarization process can take 3-10 minutes to complete.

  • - Campaign Notes tab inaccurate? This information only automatically updates at each summarization. It's not updated in real-time unless you manually modify it.
  • - No sessions? You haven't created any yet. Enter a Session name and press Load/Create Session
  • - No Campaign Notes yet? Keep playing—unlock after the first summarization.
  • - Tokens depleted? Use Purchase Token Bundles in the sidebar.
  • - Loaded a session but Chat is empty? Make sure to use the Start Campaign Button when beginning a new Campaign.
  • - If you're using a substantial(>25,000) amount of tokens when sending messages consider trimming unneeded NPCs and Locations in the Campaign Notes tab
